Product design and consultation
- Our professional teams in mechanical design, electrical engineering, and hydraulics are expertly equipped to customize your product to the specifications and requirements given. Once the necessary data, drawings, configurations, and environmental conditions have been provided, we guarantee that the product will have superior performance in actual use.

Manufacturing
- HUADE boasts 53000 m2 of land and a modern facility of 20000 m2. We are equipped with 120 state-of-the-art production and testing tools, with a yearly capacity of 150 marine loading arms, 3000 truck loading arms, 200 truck loading skids, 10 gangways, 300 quick release hooks and 30 hose cranes. Our commitment to providing quality is held to the highest standard, as we ensure perfect quality control and traceability of products by arranging production, inspection, and process management following ISO quality management system and internal control system requirements.
After-sales Services
Our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of installation and commissioning, or 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier. During the warranty period, HUADE is liable for free maintenance of any discrepancies due to deficiencies in material or workmanship. Our after-sales services include:
- On-site installation instruction
Our after-sales installation team will ensure safe and efficient on-site installation of our products. We guarantee professional advice on-site and that our services comply with any on-site regulations in order to ensure a successful commissioning and acceptance process.
- On-site training
Our installation team will provide customers with theoretical and practical training after the product is installed and commissioned. This training will enable on-site operators to utilize the product in an optimal manner.
- Operation guarantee for the first commissioning
We can meet the customer's requirements by providing on-site operation guarantee services when the product is initially commissioned. Our engineer team will be on-site to provide expert guidance to ensure safe usage of the product.
- Spare parts replacement service
We use dynamic inventory management to guarantee that our customers can easily access the exact spare parts when it's time for replacement.
- Regular customer contact
Our customer service team will maintain regular contact with customers to gather feedback about the product, and respond promptly.
- Lifelong maintenance service
At HUADE, you can count on a lifetime of maintenance services for your products.
For maintenance services, customers can contact us at any time. In case of emergency, we will respond within 8 hours and have a repair team dispatched within 48 hours.
We offer free consultations over the phone or via video conferencing tools, regardless of whether the product is under warranty or not.
