We carry out strict quality control through each critical phase of contract review, technical solution assessment, product drawing validation and supplier selection.

Every step of the production process is implemented in strict conformity with technical requirements of the contract documents, with respect to our high quality standards. We manufacture all key parts to the highest industry standards. The inner and outer rings of swivel joint are processed using advanced CNC machine tools, joint seals are polished to obtain good surface finish, and pipes are connected through gas tungsten arc welding process. The hydrostatic pressure test is performed on all finished products, with the test pressure being 1.5 times the working pressure. Besides, other components including flanges, inner rings, outer rings and rough forgings are all sourced from reliable suppliers.
