Tower Gangways are used to allow safe access between a tower or column to different deck heights. HUADE offer two types of gangways, i.e. column type and tower type gangways, which can accommodate varying ship levels from small barges to large carriers.
The column type gangway is designed and manufactured in full consideration of ship movements caused by tidal and drift, and can cover different ship levels from small barges to large carriers of up to 30,000 tons.
Total power: 6kW
Weight: 7T
Working class: M4
Working height: 7 meters above the ground level, 4.6 meters below the ground level
Working angle of bulwark ladder: -45°~50°
Working angle of front ladder: 0°~60°
Design pressure of cylinder: 10MPa~16MPa
Explosion-proof level: Exdll BT4
Protection rate: IP55
The column type gangway is suitable for ships of less than 30,000 tons.
The tower type gangway is designed with ship movements induced by tide and drift in mind, and can accommodate varying ship levels from small barges to large carriers of 300,000 DWT. The gangway ladder performs extension and retraction motions without causing interruption, suitable for operations in ports with a huge variety of ship types and vast tidal ranges.
Total power: 5.5kW~16kW
Weight: 8T~35T
Working class: M4
Working height: 20 meters above the ground level, 8 meters below the ground level
Working angle of bulwark ladder: -40°~60°
Working angle of front ladder: 0°~60°
Design pressure of cylinder: 13MPa~20MPa
Explosion-proof level: Exdll BT4
Protection rate: IP55
Tower type gangways are the perfect solution for vessels of all sizes, from small barges to large carriers of up to 300,000 DWT.
